How to get there

From 101, 10 miles north of Willits or 10 miles south of Laytonville, take the 162 exit at Longvale. Proceed on the Covelo Road until you get to Covelo. From Covelo, travel on 162 approximately 10 miles east to the junction with Bland's Cove Road (approximately 1.5 miles from Eel River Work Center), turn left and proceed approximately 3 miles northeast to the trailhead. The trailhead is marked with a sign that reads "Traveler's Home Trail." Park across the road from the gate. For further directions see the map.
