Music has always been a family affair for the O'Ferrall clan. From family celebrations to community events, the O'Ferrall's country-rock favorites have contributed to a good time for all. Horse has been playing guitar since he was a kid growing up in the hills around here. When the Beatles hit the airwaves in the early '60's with their youthful dance music, Horse figured he'd have to try that. His Covelo high school band, The Stingrays, played rock-n-roll and country in the 60's.

He married, built a successful business, raised a family and kept playing his favorite songs around the house. Son, Nate, picked up guitar; and daughter, Brandi, learned piano. And she sang along with her favorite songs, adding her voice to the O'Ferrall Family vocals.

Wild Horses is a happy opportunity for this family to bring their love of country music to Covelo community events.
