Storyteller,
Singer/Songwriter, Guitarist
|
|
Storyteller, singer, guitarist, and nice guyBob
Helme keeps the kids on the edge of their seats as they anticipate
the next twist or turn that his story will take them. And then.
. .he'll sing them a songfolk, blues, Americanaand
keep the story going.
Bob's easy relaxed manner makes him a favorite
with students and teachers. Bob has been inspired by people like
Woody Guthrie, Ramblin'Jack Elliot and Bob Dylan.

You can hear him play in
Covelo at the North Fork Cafe with Mockingbird and Duck. He's
toured Northern California with The
Round Valley Hogcallers, playing bluegrass, Celtic, and
blues at fairs, festivals and on trains.
Lately, he's been playing guitar with buddies
James Ast and Jimmy Durall in Yippie! Coyote. You can hear them
when the hour is late and the moon is just right.
